"Project Last Stop empowers teens and returning citizens through mentorship, accountability, life-skills development, and community support. Through trauma-informed guidance, recovery-focused programming, and structured reintegration services, we help individuals reduce barriers, strengthen decision-making, rebuild confidence, and create pathways toward long-term personal and community stability."
